  • Q. How do I find my order details?
    A. Once you have logged into your account, open the My Order section. You will find all your orders placed there. You can click on a particular order to know more details about it.
  • Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
    A. We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests once an order has been placed. In order to provide the best possible customer experience, we start preparing your order right away for shipment, therefore, once the order is placed we are unable to make adjustments.
  • Q. What are the cancellation and refund policies?
    A. The request once positioned can't be dropped. Hence it is a no refund strategy. To furnish you with hassle free deliveries, our team begins to handle the request when we get it. Therefore it gets hard to drop the request and refund it
  • Q. What is PhooloPhalo.com exchange policy?
    A. We have a 2 days return policy at Phooloophalo.com. In case a wrong/defective product is delivered, then you are requested to send us a photo of the damaged/defective/wrong product within 48 hours of receiving your order and if our team finds it damaged, we will replace your product with the same plant. However we don’t make refunds.
  • Q. What are the payment modes available?
    A. All web-based methods of payments are accessible like Debit/Credit card, Net banking and more. We don't offer cash on delivery for now.
  • Q. Do your plants come with pots?
    A. All our plants come with free self-watering pots. The soil used in potting is a mixture of coco peat and vermicompost and soil.
  • Q. What are self watering pots?
    A. Self-watering pots are containers that help in conserving water, retain soil nutrients, encourage healthy root growth, protect delicate and exotic species and help in hassle-free gardening.
